Overview
The Slovenian tracker records published nationwide support for parties contesting the National Assembly. The party field changes frequently, so the archive preserves distinct list identities and treats the current local balance as valid only for its sourced period.
Electoral system context
Most Assembly seats are allocated proportionally through electoral units and districts, with a national threshold for ordinary lists. Separate guaranteed representation for the Italian and Hungarian national communities follows different rules and is not represented by nationwide party polling.
Party and bloc rationale
The local balance groups Freedom Movement, Social Democrats, Levica and selected predecessor centre-left lists against SDS, New Slovenia and current right lists. Several centrist, pensioner and short-lived entries remain outside. It is navigation, not an official coalition or universal scale.
Polling limitations
New parties can rise between elections and predecessor-successor relationships are not automatically comparable. Values near the threshold are sensitive to sampling and rounding, while national polls do not describe minority seats, district candidate preferences or post-election coalition bargaining.
