The Romanian tracker compiles published nationwide party support for parliamentary elections, with party and alliance keys kept distinct where the source does so. Its historical coverage reflects the available public tables and is not presented as an uninterrupted series.
Electoral system context
The Chamber of Deputies and Senate are elected through proportional representation in constituencies, with national or constituency eligibility provisions and higher requirements for some alliances. Minority representation and diaspora constituencies add context that a national headline percentage does not contain.
Party and bloc rationale
The current local balance groups PSD, PRO and PUSL against PNL, USR, AUR, PMP, Force of the Right, SOS and POT. UDMR and several smaller or historical entries stay outside. The grouping is local navigation, not an official coalition, fixed ideology or international comparison.
Polling limitations
Romanian parties frequently contest through alliances or change labels, and polls may test configurations that never appear on the same ballot. National samples cannot resolve constituency or diaspora allocation, while threshold effects, missing party values and archive gaps prevent direct seat inference.
