Pollster variation
Each poll is compared with a weighted average of other pollsters within 14 days. A pollster appears only after five evaluated polls in the selected range.
These are descriptive signed differences, not evidence of bias, accuracy, or future performance, and they are not a prediction.

Methodology
The headline average uses polls ending within 45 days of the latest fieldwork date. Polls are weighted by recency (a 30-day half-life) and the square root of sample size, which reduces the influence of unusually large polls. Missing sample sizes use a default of 1,000. The chart can also switch to a wider smoothing window when you want a calmer line.
Trendlines are descriptive, not forecasts. Missing values are left out rather than treated as zero. Polling error, house effects, turnout and electorate wins all mean that this is a snapshot—not a prediction of election day.
This page loads a versioned Bismuth snapshot from the site. Source collection and validation run separately, so visitor pages never scrape polling sources. If a source update fails, the last verified snapshot remains available and is clearly marked as stale.
